Providing the Quality Legal Services You Require
Privacy Policy Notice:
As attorneys, our rules of practice and professional standards of confidentiality have always
required that we maintain the confidentiality of any information we receive from our clients.
This standard of confidentiality is much more protective of our clients' privacy than the
requirements imposed by federal or state law. Because we value our clients' privacy, we will
continue to maintain the confidentiality of any information we obtain from our clients under the
same high standard we have always held.
In the course of providing our clients with advice relating to financial or other matters, we may
receive significant personal financial information from our clients, or that is obtained by us from
other sources with our clients' permission. All information we receive from or about our clients
is held in confidence, and is not released to people outside the firm, except as agreed to by our
clients, or as required under an applicable law.
We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to
assist our clients with their professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional
guidelines. In order to safeguard our clients' nonpublic personal information, we restrict access
to such information to those employees who need to know that information in order for us to
serve the client. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply
with our professional standards.
Please contact us if you have any questions, because our clients' privacy, our professional
ethics, and the ability to provide you with quality services are very important to us.
