Larry R. Baumann is a senior member of Kelley, Scritsmier & Byrne's litigation practice with extensive experience and expertise in construction law, commercial law, employment law, family law, and estate and trust litigation.

Larry has over 40 years of experience and represents clients in construction disputes, commercial and business disputes.  He is listed in Marquis Who's Who in American Law.  He regularly has handled disputes involving estate and trust administration and has appeared in trial, appellate courts, the United States Federal District Court and the United States Tax Court.  Larry counsels clients at the initiation of an actual lawsuit, the preparation of the lawsuit and during the discovery process through and including trial and subsequent appeals.
